Washington Classrooms
This (3) week classroom training program fulfills the Washington State requirement of (120) hours of classroom training for Home Inspector licensing. The class meets daily for 9 hours, 5 days a week for 3 weeks.
Additional attendance at our weekly sessions is free. If the student wants to participate in our inspecting and report writing training there will be an additional fee.
The (30) weeks of training includes classes and field training including Certification. The student will complete all classes and assignments, take the certification test and become professionally certified. This is a career program and entry level, and advanced job training. Entry level job training can be documented and used as a referral from N.A.R.I.E.S..
Correspondence Training
Our extensive distance education program program includes a Home Inspectors certification test. This course provides the professional training and experience with Home Inspector certification you can count on. Become a professional Home Inspector in business, or use your certificate in your resume of experience for an entry level and beyond employment position.
Many employers are in need of trained professionals who are well organized and disciplined, and understand the links between the mind and the eyes and have the ability document and write reports. This is a career program and entry level, and advanced job training. Entry level job training can be documented and used as a referral from N.A.R.I.E.S..
Washington State Dpt. of Labor and Industries
This program is approved for WASHINGTON, Labor & Industries Retraining program.
This classroom meets once a week for (30) weeks. It includes extensive field assignments and writing exercises. The course teaches many entry level and beyond job skills including skills like reviewing and narrative writing, self discipline, organizational and computer skills and much more.
These classes are free for attendance to persons taking the (3) week class, but an additional fee will be required for the field and report writing training. This program Includes Home Inspector testing and certification .This is a career program and entry level, and advanced job training. Entry level job training can be documented and used as a referral from N.A.R.I.E.S..
