The ARIES Co provides a partial money back guarantee to purchasers of our correspondence training products and tuition, including all programs and books, and for our combined classroom and in-the-field training (8) day seminar, here in Edmonds, Washington. The following conditions and time requirements must be met for full or partial refunds.
For programs "A", "B", "C", "D", "E", "F" and "G", a full refund is guaranteed if the products are returned to us, unopened, within five (5) days of receiving it. This can be verified by your signature of receiving it, returned to us. If the material has been opened for your review and approval, the full amount less * $395.00 for the binder shall be refunded. If within five days after receiving it, starting the day following your signed receipt, and you decide to return it, and cancel your purchase, you must return it with a written request, registered with a return receipt from the US Postal Service and post marked no later than midnight of the fifth day following your receiving it. Your refund is guaranteed delivered within ninety (90) days of receipt of the registered and postmarked request.
If at a later date you decide to request a refund for the field training, you must return it with a written request, registered with a return receipt and post marked no later than midnight of the thirty first day preceding the date of the first class. Your full refund less * $395.00 for the binder, is guaranteed within ninety (90) days of receipt of the registered and postmarked request. This includes the full amount for the class in Edmonds, Washington.
If you request a refund at a date later than thirty days, but sooner than ten (10) days preceding the date of the first class, we will refund 50% and give you a credit which you may sell at a discount or use later. Your partial refund is guaranteed within ninety (90) days of receipt of the registered and postmarked request. If you sell it we will arrange for the transfer of registration.
For program "H", the Seattle & Portland classroom training program, the fee is non refundable.
